Poor Cleanliness: I faced issues with cleanliness, where places weren’t cleaned well. There were scrub marks and the finish wasn’t as I expected. The solution for this has to be keeping an eye on the work is happening or having a check at the spots to ask the housekeeping to go over the work properly and clean well.
Unitidy Spots: A lot of times, you see that the housekeeping staff haven’t kept their places at their positions and even though the work they were doing was fine, they have made a mess. So the solution here is to have a clear word with them beforehand as to what goes where and to pick up their items as soon as they are done.
Missing Services: I have faced this one time, where the housekeeping team did not perform 3 tasks they were supposed to. I later asked them to get it done, but it was a hassle. To avoid this, you must clearly ask for the deliverables and get them checked one by one as the service is in work.
