While we were exploring properties in Mumbai, fortunately I came across this very affordable residential project in Thane. It’s located near Ghodbunder Road and offers spacious 1 BHK apartments with an area of 426 sq ft. We first visited the site last month, and found some features that I’d like to share here.
There are two huge towers with 16 floors and modern apartments. There’s also a large landscaped garden that we found quite appealing. The car parking is also huge and there’s a space for yoga and meditation. We also enquired about the Chirag Cascade Avenue Bellagio price list and found it starts from Rs. 52 lakhs. Also, each flat comes with an ELCB for electrical safety and elevators are given in each tower. There’s a strict security system with CCTV surveillance and round-the-clock security. Everything was good for us, so we have finalised to purchase a flat here very soon.

We checked this project last week, as my wife and I are planning to purchase a flat in Thane. The reason we went there was because I had read pretty good Chirag Cascade Avenue Bellagio reviews online, and had spoken to a friend who recently booked a flat here. The project is still under construction, and the possession is actually in 2026. We also found many cool amenities here, like a gazebo, creche room, deck lounge, barbeque area, etc. Talking about internal features, the apartments have waterproof doors and anti-skid floorings. Also, they have a decorative entrance lobby in each building. Power backup facility is also there in common areas and lifts. So, there’s practically no reason that could hold us back from purchasing the flat.

My sister and I booked a 1 BHK flat here, and let me tell you all the things that convinced us. Firstly, the project is situated in an excellent location because it’s well connected to the metro stations and bus stops. The Chirag Cascade Avenue Bellagio address is near Moghadpada, Ghodbunder Road, which is also a safe neighbourhood in Thane. Our workplaces are close by too and we found the pricing fair for us. Also, it’s a verified project and has approval from RERA. The number is P51700033736. I had also done some research on the builder, and found Chirag Group has an experience of over 35 years in the real-estate industry. So, this gave us a sense of security too. Overall, if you’re looking for properties near Thane, do consider visiting here once.
