We moved into the 3 BHK a week ago and overall it all looks good. The features all around feel premium and well designed. Possession got stretched until late 2025, which was earlier promised for 2023 to early buyers. So, that was one thing that had us a little annoyed. But with the finished home, this looks good. The views from here are great with Link Road, SV Road and the Western Express Highway all under 3 km. If you are looking for a 1,2 or 3 BHK, this surely can be an option.

Lots of amenities such as a basketball court, private dining area, library, chess court, sky lounge, yoga lawn and all interested us further. So this is a 1, 2 and 3 BHK property in Goregaon West and we had booked the flat here like 3 years ago in late 2022. The possession started a while ago with the OC also received. We are moving in now and well we did finalise the deal because we liked the property with like 30 amenities here that really ease living. But the whole journey of payment and getting the possession has been a little rough. The team could have handled that better, but rest, we are happy we are finally moving in here.
