Now the parking rules are sometimes not the same for all the states or housing committees so it\'s better that you first know your state’s rules and then ask the builder how much space they will be providing you for parking your vehicle.

Hello. The CEEBROS Belvedere price had us interested in the 2 BHK house on resale. The quoted price was Rs. 65 lakhs, which seemed like a nice deal for us. Although the property is a little small with a built-up area of 865 sq. ft., the society as a whole impressed us. There is a lot of greenery and the flats are clean with good paint on the exterior of the building.
We are looking forward to negotiating the flat price and hopefully, we’ll end up on a deal that both the parties can agree on.

I have a 2 BHK house in Belvedere by Ceebros. It has been 12 years since the project completion as the CEEBROS Belvedere possession date was around mid-2013. Even after such a long time, I haven’t noticed much change in the building. The maintenance staff has done their job pretty well thus far. The amenities like a swimming pool, badminton court, basketball court, jogging track, clubhouse and gym provide a good time to spend on free days. Flats are built as per Vastu, so you won’t face any issues concerning direction and energy.

I checked out a 3 BHK house here last month with my parents. I also went through several CEEBROS Belvedere reviews after visiting. Overall, the property is quite good and all three of us liked the home. You will find 2 and 3 BHK flats with a total of 256 units in the society.
To talk about the CEEBROS Belvedere address is present in Sholinganallur. The locality is close to Peumbakkam and Medavakkam. You also have a good social infrastructure setup around the society. There is Apollo Hospital for Children, The Institute of Neurosciences & Spinal Disorders, Arvind Theatre and Miraj Cinemas.
Although it has been over 10 years since the project was completed, maintenance has been taken care of. The society premises are clean and buildings are also kept well. We are considering buying the flat.
