We have booked a 600 sq ft plot here for our future investment. So, I am sharing my Casagrand Uptown reviews with you all here. It is a well maintained project. What we liked was its location, amenities, and the pricing. It was under our budget.
It has RERA approval and the Casagrand Uptown RERA number is TN/02/Layout/0002/2017. Also, for the name 'Casagrand' we were pleased to proceed with the registration process. We were required to pay the registration fee and provide several documents. Everything went without a hitch. I am happy with my purchase.
