My father recently visited the Casagrand Selenia location. He shared his reviews with us and told me that it is located behind St.Francis International School, Kelambakam, OMR, Chennai. He also mentioned that you can get several schools and top colleges within a 6 minutes drive. Apart from that, he mentioned that there are several IT parks like Siruseri IT park or Thiruporur Sipcot, hospitals (Swaram Hospital or Sri Sai Childrens Hospital) and entertainment hub near to this project.
My father also shared the configuration along with the basic Casagrand Selenia price list for 3 BHK with me. I have shared the same below:

Sharing my Casagrand Selenia review with you all here. I am not impressed with the overall layout of this project. The carpet area is adequately planned, except for planned wardrobes in each room, which take up bedroom space. According to their plans, it is a semi-independent row house. Also, there will be a wall sharing for all units saving two out of 221.

As of now, there is only one entry to the property; they promise that the back door will open soon, but I don't believe it; it might be a dead end. So, before making a final selection, I plan to visit other projects in the neighbourhood, such as Sobha Meritta and Akshaya Orlando .
