I first of all like the locality of the place, with the Commerzone Tech Park just 15 minutes away. It would save me a lot of time now. A lot of other tech parks like DLF Cyber City and MEPZ are nearby.
The Madha, MIOT and hospital can be reached quickly in case of emergency. The Casagrand Massimo RERA number is TN/1/Building/0362/2024. I inquired about the 3 and 4 BHK homes here and they are available with a spacious built-up area. As far as I can remember, the 3 BHK has an area between 1327 and 1908 sq. ft., while the 4 BHK has an area between 2573 and 2579 sq. ft.
The Casagrand Massimo 3BHK price starts at Rs. 57 lakhs which I feel is amongst the best deals I have come across thus far. The same goes for the 4 BHK as the Casagrand Massimo 4BHK price starts at Rs. 1.16 crores and for the huge area, I am really interested in making this investment.

Hi there. I contacted the builder to find out the Casagrand Massimo 2BHK price as we were interested in buying one in Chennai. The price starts at Rs. 45 lakhs and the built up area is between 1015 - 1262 sq. ft. I feel this is a very good deal considering the spaciousness and the price at which the 2 BHK is available.
There are several amenities like the clubhouse, a huge swimming pool, a multipurpose court, an outdoor gym, a yoga room and more. The Casagrand Massimo possession date is April 2028, which is the only thing that doesn’t work out for us as the date is a bit late.

So, let me start with the Casagrand Massimo address, which is in the Kundrathur area of Chennai. The project is based on the Ronan theme and spread across roughly 8 acres of land with 85% of it being open space. There are 2, 3 and 4 BHK home types in 853 apartments with the price of the homes here starting at Rs. 45 lakhs and going beyond Rs. 1.16 crores.
I liked the fact that the project is 100% Vastu compliant, which is an important aspect for us. Everything looks good as of now and we are going to book the house here. I believe this is ideal if you are looking for a luxurious home in Chennai.
