Apart from these, there are several well-renowned hospitals, schools and colleges nearby. This is also a RERA registered project and the Casagrand Laurels rera number is TN/35/BUILDING/027/2024. Overall, I am happy with this project. I am planning to pay the booking amount this weekend.

Hi, Being a pet lover, I was looking for a pet-friendly project. I was so happy after learning about the pet play mound amenity of Casagrand Laurels. There are a total of 60+ amenities in this project. My son is super excited about the kid's jungle gym. When I first visited this project I was impressed with its 126 luxurious-level villas spread across 3.0 acres of opulent apartment towers. I have booked an apartment here.
