When I asked the sales team about the Casagrand Jarvis price list, they mentioned that it starts from Rs. 73 lakhs. I was also impressed with the location. Some of the key advantages are:

  1. The Metro Rail Phase II is just 7 minutes away from the project.

  2. The Kilambakkam New Bus Terminus is around 30 minutes away.

  3. SIPCOT IT Park is just 5 minutes from the location.

  4. TCS is very close and reachable in only 5 minutes. 

  5. Infosys is about 17 minutes away from the project.

I feel the pricing is quite reasonable. Looking at the location benefits and the amenities, I decided to book a unit here as I believe it will be a good investment for the future.

My wife and I are planning to invest in a property near Siruseri, Chennai. While searching, we found some good reviews about the Casagrand Jarvis project. When we visited the site, we learned that they offer 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments, ranging from 1,044 sqft to 2,518 sqft. 

The project comes with several amenities such as a swimming pool, yoga zone, children’s play area, garden, educational playground, box cricket, and more. The facilities were impressive and even better than what we expected. However, the possession date is scheduled for 2028, so we are exploring other projects with an earlier handover.

My sister is looking to buy a property in Chennai, so we started checking out some upcoming projects.
