I bought a plot here recently because I liked the plot location, facilities, possession date, and so on. The amenities and facilities in this plot area are excellent. The area is great, and the plot has government approval. It also has RERA approval, and the Casagrand Clovis RERA number is TN/01/Layout/0204/2021. When I checked their rate, I found it was under my budget. I purchased a plot with 1030 sqft for Rs 1950 per square foot. Also, the salesperson, especially Mr. Thangaraj, was very supportive.

My father and I are planning to buy a plot in Thaiyur, Chennai, for investment. While browsing for options, we came across several positive Casagrand Clovis reviews.
