It is also eminently accessible from various hospitals like Sankhe Hospital (700 m away), colleges like Vasai Engineering College (2.1 km away), and so on.

Mumbai-based R and J Enterprises builder is a rapidly expanding real estate firm that upholds high standards and establishes a solid reputation in the market. They guarantee that its projects offer the best value for the money and are furnished with first-rate amenities. When we asked the sales team, some of the amenities they informed us about this project are designated 4 story clubhouse with indoor games room and gymnasium, borewells, sewage treatment plant, CCTV surveillance, lifts, rooftop garden, ample car parking. I will rate them 4 out of 5.
