I went to this project in April to find out the Brigade Oasis Phase 3 unit size and more. With over 450 plots in the 3rd phase, the size ranges between 1200 sq. ft and 2400 sq. ft.
For us, the highlight was the Brigade Oasis Phase 3 address, as you can reach the international airport within 20 minutes, Isha Foundation and the Nandi Hills in about an hour along with other essentials not too far from the project.
Registered under RERA, the Brigade Oasis Phase 3 RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/220124/006562. Overall, I feel you should check it out personally to see if you find it the right property as preferences can differ.

We’ve been looking forward to buying a plot in Bengaluru for quite a while now. I visited this project with my father and can share a review. I read a lot of Brigade Oasis Phase 3 reviews before visiting and feel that this project is actually the one we’ve been looking for.
There are more than 450 plots in the Phase 3 at a starting price of Rs. 75 lakhs. A major factor of our liking is the builder, which is Brigade, a trusted name in real estate. The Phase 1 and 2 have already been sold out and we booked ours a few days back. The focus of this project is to incorporate greenery, which attracted us a lot.
