It features peaceful 1, 2, and 3-bedroom flats, many with spacious terraces and breathtaking lake views. Also, I liked that this building has 604 stunning apartments planned with modern aesthetics, 100% Vastu compliance, and built with Mivan construction technology for exceptional quality.
It has RERA approval, the location is exceptionally good, and the flat size is decent. I am planning to book a 2BHK+Study of 1568 sq. ft. flat here. If you have visited, please share your thoughts. It can help me make a decision.

I have invested in a 3 BHK of 1784 sq ft super-built-up area in Brigade Lakecrest. It costs me Rs. 1.95 crores apart from the stamp and registration charges. As an existing Brigade customer, I'm confident that Brigade will develop the project exceptionally well. What I liked about this project is its location. It offers quick access to NH 75, NH 44, Outer Ring Road & Sarjapur Road, where most companies are established. Mainly, I felt the pricing of the project is good and can expect good long-term returns.

Almost 3 months ago, my cousin booked a 1512 sq. ft. 2BHK unit at Rs. 1.7 Crores in Brigade Lakecrest. I visited there with him, and I was impressed with their location. It is a top-quality residential project by a trusted builder, located near the main road, close to KR Puram. The best part is that it offers easy accessibility to both Whitefield and Manyata Tech Parks.
This project is conveniently located near Battarahalli Bus Stand (3 minutes), Sathya Sai Orthopaedic & Multispeciality Hospital (5 minutes), Cambridge Institute of Technology (9 minutes), and Phoenix Market City (20 minutes). It was genuinely a nice project.
