What are the Brigade Icon Reviews, Mount Road, Chennai?

 I recently visited this property as I was looking to invest here. I got to know about the Brigade Icon price, which started at Rs. 6.6 Cr and went up to Rs.18.4 Cr for 5BHK+, which seemed high to me. But then I got to know about all of this place’s amenities. For the kids, they have a swimming pool, a basketball court, and tennis and badminton courts. They even have a children’s play area for the smaller ones. 

The jogging track and golf course offer the perfect escape for fitness enthusiasts. There are even the amphitheatre and party area that are perfect for a good gathering. My wife loves the state-of-the-art gym and the calming aerobics room along with the jogging track. They even have an on-site ATM and intercom systems. The clubhouse, community hall, and library are all there. I found out that the Brigade Icon possession date is June 2030. So I am looking to invest in a 3BHK apartment here.

 Since I am going to move to Chennai in a few months, I was looking for some magnificent property over there for investment where I can live with my family. That is when I came across Brigade Icon reviews which were positive, so I looked up the property. I found out this property offers a diverse unit configuration of 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments. 

I also learnt about the builder of the project, Brigade Builders. Since 1986, Brigade Builders have dedicated themselves to creating iconic complexes that span across many categories. This has helped them establish their position as a top brand in the Indian real estate market. This was really impressive. I also found out that this property is RERA approved. The Brigade Icon RERA Number is TN/29/Building/0392/2024. I also liked the amenities this place offers and more. That’s why I am looking forward to visiting this property and finally booking a unit here.

Last month, when I was looking to invest in a property on Mount Road, along with its other pros, a very important thing for me is the location. It cannot be in a sidelined location where basic needs are very far. That’s why the Brigade Icon address, along with its locational advantages, appealed to me a lot. It is in a business district and the area is a prime location for commerce and industry. 

• Schools like National Public, Church Park and DAV are all at a distance of less than 2km. 

• For healthcare, Be Well Hospital and Apollo Hospital are both less than 3km away. 

• For leisure activities, The Presidency Club and Cosmopolitan Club are just 1.9 and 2.8 km away. 

• PVR for movies is also just 300m, while Express Avenue Mall and Spencer Plaza Mall are both less than 1km away. 

My family loves that we are so close to the Marina Beach, which is only 2.7 km away. If we have to commute, the property is only 5 km away from the Central Railway Station. Such ease and convenience made me finally book a unit here. I will rate them a 4 out of 5 under my Brigade Icon reviews.
