Quite a premium property, this in KR Puram Whitfield. This being a Brigade project, I can say that they are focusing on quality materials and giving a high end lifestyle. That was my impression when I saw the 4 BHK in the property. The price for Brigade Avalon is a bit high, starting at Rs. 4.6 crore onwards, but having said that, I would say the spacious apartments, with a super built-up area, starting at 2930 sq. ft. do justify it a bit. I am still in discussions with other builders to explore options and then make a decision.

We have been on the lookout for a 3 BHK and came across this 3.5 BHK flat in KR PUram area. The builder Brigade, being a highly reputed one for their previous projects, we thought we’d see how the society is planned to be. Location wise, it is in a good area, with several schools and tech parks like Sigma, ITPL and all within 5 km. The homes are good in terms of space and amenities, but the pricing is a bit too high, close to Rs. 5 crores, so we didn’t go ahead with it.

Looks like a well planned project in Whitefield. Booked an apartment here like a month ago. The features here such as an aerobics gym, pet park, mini theatre, spa, lounge, open cafe, banquet hall and stuff surely had us interested in buying a home here. The built up area for our home is like 3800 sq. ft. and the total project is spread across 4 acres, so you will have a lot of moving space within the society that we were in search of.
