We own a flat in Big Banyan Roots. I would like to share my living experience here. It has been around a couple of years since we purchased the flat. The society will turn 10 years old next year. Seeing that, the condition of the society isn’t bad. The space is adequate with a decent quality of construction. Before buying the flat, we checked for The Big Banyan Roots RERA number, which is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/180205/001849. As a whole, the property does offer nice features, but the outside noise is a factor you must consider.

We checked out a resale apartment in this place a while ago. The flats are pretty nice, we liked the maintenance they have done. Amenities are also quite a lot, with parks, visitor parking, an amphitheatre, a basketball court, a library, a tennis court and more. Plus, the flats are made as per Vastu, a quality we have been looking for. We also liked the floor plan as the home felt spacious enough in size. We are planning to finalise the deal next week.

My partner and I went through some Big Banyan Roots reviews before visiting the society last month. This society has 3 BHK flats and that is what we have been in search for. We found a resale flat here, which was in decent condition. We were interested in this property due to the Big Banyan Roots address. It is on the Sarjapur-Marathahalli Road, Carmelaram. Sarjapur Main Road is less than 4 km from here. The Metro development around Sarjpaur will also help. However, the Carmelaram Railway Station is close to the property, which leads to a bit of noise. So, we are still thinking about whether we should go ahead with the property.
