My sister is planning to buy a property in Bangalore, so we started exploring some upcoming projects. One of the projects we found was Bhartiya Nikoo Homes 5, which has a possession date of August 2029. The sales team informed us that the project is being built on 32 acres and will have 4 towers. It is also a RERA-registered project, and the RERA numbers for Bhartiya Nikoo Homes 5 are PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/160124/006543 and PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/160124/006550. Overall, we were quite impressed, and my sister is now planning to book a 2 BHK flat here.

My wife and I decided to invest in a property near Thanisandra, Bangalore. During our search, we came across some positive reviews about the Bhartiya Nikoo Homes 5 project. When we visited the site, we saw that they are offering 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments, ranging from 480 sq ft to 2600 sq ft. 

The project includes almost all basic amenities like a swimming pool, a cafe, a yoga area, a children’s play zone, a garden, and more. Everything looked great and even exceeded our expectations, but the possession date is in 2029. So, we are still looking for other projects with an earlier possession date.

When I enquired with the sales team about the Bhartiya Nikoo Homes 5 price list, they told me that the prices start from Rs 48 lakhs onwards. I was also quite impressed with the location. Some of the location advantages include:

  1. The airport is just 5 minutes away.

  2. Hebbal is around 20 minutes.

  3. Both Manyata Tech Park and Aerospace Park (KIADB) are about 30 minutes away.

I found the pricing to be fairly reasonable. Considering the location and the amenities offered, I booked a unit here and believe it could be a good investment for our future.
