Bhagwati Elysia 2 1bhk price starts from Rs 44 lakhs, which I found quite reasonable and went to inquire about it. However, my experience with the salesperson there was not that good. Here are the problems I faced:
The salesperson was very rude and was not answering our queries properly
As soon as he learned we were planning to invest there, he demanded a 50% advance, which we believe was way too much
The Bhagwati Elysia 2 2BHK price here starts from Rs 51.5 lakh onwards but if you check out other projects near it, the price of a 2BHK is less
These are the reasons why we cancelled our plan of buying an apartment here. I do not need any fuss and would rather opt for a project where salespeople clear my doubts without hesitation. You can, however, visit it and decide whether it is worth investing in or not

I would like to start with the Bhagwati Elysia 2 address and give you a proper review of this project. It is located near A P Bhoir Vidhyalay And Junior College Ovale Vibhag, Pushpak Nagar Dapoli, Panvel. During my visit here, I got to learn about some major features of Bhagwati Elysia like:
It will have 1 and 2 BHK apartments only
There will be a single building with 156 units spread across 0.88 acres of green land
The Bhagwati Elysia 2 possession date is set for March 2026
This is a RERA approved project as of now there are no such legal issues surrounding it
3 top loan-approved banks for this project are SBI, ICICI and HDFC
Since we are looking for a 2 BHK, I inquired about the Bhagwati Elysia 2 price list and learned the 2 BHKs here start from Rs 51.5 lakh onwards. I believe it is worth investing in and will take a final call at the end of this year and if possible shall share another review as well.
