I have purchased a unit in Arista for investment purpose. It has RERA approval and the RERA number is P51800046486. What impressed me most is the BC Corp Arista location. Bandra Junction is just 1.9 km away, Municipal Hospital is 1.2 km, and National Girls' High School & Junior College is 1 km from this project. The lobby and amenities give a luxury vibe. The price is little higher, but given the high demand in Bandra, I think it is a secure investment.

I purchased a 2BHK flat at Rs. 2.02 Crores in Arista by a reputed builder, BC Corp. I have been very happy with the journey so far. The possession date of this project is in December 2025, and I am very excited about it. Their sales executive guided me patiently throughout the process. He understood my needs, respected my budget, and assisted me in selecting the ideal unit that exceeded all of my expectations. I agree the price is high, but the Bandra East location makes it worth it.
