So, a few days ago, we booked a 3 BHK here in BBCL Eshana, which is close to Madipakkam. I took my whole family to see the site work, as the project is in the construction phase and the layout impressed most of us. The carpet area of the flats here ranges from 810 sq. ft. to 943 sq. ft., which is decent enough, although a bit more space would have been nice. But still, there are a lot of things to look forward to, so if you are considering a house purchase in Madipakka, this can be an option.

My partner and I saw an ad for this project and the BBCL Eshana address being in Madipakkam, we were interested. The location is a nice one to live in, with essentials around the corner. The Velachery and Perungudi Train Stations are close by. There are several hospitals nearby, such as the Vijayam, Anjakha and Dr. Kamakshi Hospitals. The PVR Mall and and Phoenix Marketcity are also within 5 to 6 km from the place. Apart from this, what we liked the most were the amenities, with power backup, Vastu compliance, gym, jogging track, visitor parking, rainwater harvesting and more. Overall, the project has a lot of positives, but we are yet to decide, with other projects also in consideration.

Hello. We have been on the lookout for a 3 BHK in Chennai and found a good option when we visited BBCL’s Eshana, which is under construction at the moment. We saw the floor and area plan and liked it a lot. So, let me add to the BBCL Eshana reviews by giving you my opinion of the project. It has 3 BHK homes, located on the 200 Feet Radial Road, near Madipakkam. There are flats with different carpet areas and layouts, so the options are a lot. We asked for the BBCL Eshana price list and we were told about the early bird offer, with flats starting at Rs. 89 lakhs. So, that is one big factor which has made us consider this project, apart from all the other aspects.
