This township spans across 5 acres, and consists of 5 neoclassical township towers of 23 storey. As per their floor plan, the apartments here are well ventilated and Vastu compliant. I was amazed by their over 20,000 sq. ft clubhouse. I was also informed that the main source of water is through corporation and borewell. Overall, I am impressed with this project and am thinking of booking an apartment here.

Balaji Classica address is near Parshuram Munde Petroleum, Usarghar, Dombivli, Mumbai. The sales team was extremely helpful and helped in answering all our queries. Balaji Classica price list is as follows;

  1. 1 BHK: Rs. 33.99 Lakhs

  2. 2 BHK: Rs. 45.99 Lakhs

The price is quite affordable, especially because of its location and amenities. This is also registered under RERA, and the RERA number is P51700055289. Regarding amenities, I must say that Balaji Classica offers almost all the basic amenities, however, the most liked part is that they are offering an exclusive pet park.

I was planning to visit this project site. I heard that this is an under construction project and the expected Balaji Classica possession date is by June 2028. Before visiting any project, I carry out my own research about it. The main reason why I am planning to visit this site is its strategic location. As per my research, this is just 15 minutes from my workplace, which is Orion Multispeciality Hospital. So for me it means less time spent in traffic. Also, apart from this, the other locational advantages include,

  1. Dativali Railway Station 4 mins

  2. Kalyan-Shilphala Road 8 mins

  3. Diva Railway Station 12 mins

  4. Dombivali Railway Station 18 mins

  5. Nearby retail and recreational centres include R Gallena Mall 5 min, Xperia Mall 6 mins, City Mall 15 mins, DMart 20 mins

So location wise this is a strategic one and will also offer good ROI.
