I am sharing my Atul Life reviews with everyone here. My elder sister and I went to this project a week ago. We learned that the constructor Atul Projects India Ltd provides a posh gated community that is perfectly located near Eastern Express Highway. Here are a few things we came to know about this under-construction property.
Spans around 9.5 acres of urban luxury amidst nature,
Offers a 47-storey architectural marvel,
Includes 2 basements, 5 podiums, and 1 eco deck.
Offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK with a total of 632 units.
When we visited, we found the B+4 podium was completed, and the 5th one was a work in progress. Overall, I liked this project’s features and location. So, I immediately booked a 2 BHK unit. The Atul Life possession date I received is December 2030.

Since this project satisfied all of my needs, I had already reserved a 2 BHK unit of 691 sq ft here last Sunday. The exact Atul Life address is near Billabong High School, Mulund Colony, Mulund West, Mumbai. I was impressed with their amenities and the unit size. Some of the facilities they are offering are 24x7 security, gym, kids' play area, jogging track, swimming pool, etc. I have shared the pricing I received from their sales team during my visit.
