3 BHK with carpet area between 2035 Sq.Ft. to 2390 sq ft. Starts from Rs. 2.5 to Rs. 2.9 Cr.
3.5 BHK with carpet area of 2650 sq ft. Starts from Rs. 3.2 Cr.
Although, I really liked this project but the price is on a very high side, and way beyond my budget.

I recently visited this project and it is a high-end gated community with 75% open space and covers 5 acres. The project provides 885 luxurious 3 and 3.5 BHK apartments with sizes ranging from 2035 to 2650 square feet, spread across 3 towers with G+50 floors and 4 basements. I really liked their floor plan. Although the price is on the higher side, I feel the luxury amenities that they are offering justifies the same. This is currently an under construction project and is set to be handed over by December 2029.
