Other than my office, here are a few other locational advantages of this project.
Basaveshwara Satellite Bus Station at 20 minutes’ distance
Nagasandra Metro Station within 10 minutes’ distance
Arunodaya Hospitals within 15 minutes
Apollo Pharmacy Hesaraghatta within 3 to 4 km, and so on.
Overall, I loved the entire project and have booked a 2 BHK apartment here.

After a discussion with a friend of mine, I learned about the Arvind Oasis project. He told me he had bought an apartment here, and that it has a beautiful ambience. I asked him about the location of the project and planned to visit it. During my visit to the property, I came to know the project was around 5 acres big and was completed in December 2023. Besides this, the project has a beautiful swimming pool and some great amenities. Some of those are the aqua centre, basketball post, steam room, senior citizen\'s nook, pool table, etc. I liked this property very much and want to show it to my wife before purchasing an apartment here.
