I have invested in this project mainly because of the Arun Patios address. I and my husband work in Hebbal and since the project is at Kenchenahalli, Yelahanka, just 15 minutes away from the Hebbal flyover, we save a lot of time. Bangalore traffic is terrible so to avoid the hassle, you must consider investing here for its great connectivity.
Educational institutions, schools, malls, entertainment hubs- everything is easily accessible from here. Some notable names include the Nitte Meenakshi Institution, Bagalur Cross Bus Stop, the Galleria Mall, Cytecare Hospital; all are within 5 km. We have been living here for more than two years now and have never faced any problems. Go for it, Sajid.

It has 5 towers and a total number of 248 units, including 1, 2 and 3 BHK properties
As for the Arun Patios price list, properties here start from Rs 60.1 lakhs onwards and go up to Rs 79.9 lakhs
I find this project affordable and fitting my budget; hence, I will rate it 10/ 10. I am even happy with the project’s quality, amenities and even the residents and will definitely recommend it to others.
