To anyone searching for a high-end living experience, I heartily recommend Amrutha Platinum Towers. Kudos to the builders to complete this outstanding project. I recently purchased a 3BHK here at 1.48 crores. These are some things I noticed.

• The quality is decent.

• The Amrutha Platinum Towers address is in the best place. It is Amrutha Platinum Towers, Nallurahalli Main Road, Phase 1, Siddapura, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066.

• Professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional customer service distinguished every stage, from the first inquiry to the purchase.

• Besides being aesthetically beautiful, builders constructed the Amrutha Platinum Towers configuration to the highest standards.

I have identified a few areas that could have improved.

• For two large blocks or that many units, the clubhouse is little.

• There is currently no appropriate road outside (entry).

Although the price is really high, I believe it is reasonable given their location. I will rate them 4 out of 5.

Hello, my father and I have been visiting different projects in and around Whitefield for like a month now. The most recent project we went to was this one. We found that there are 2.5 BHK flats here with the Amrutha Platinum Towers unit size for the same lying in the range of 1268 to 1371 sq. ft. Hearing this, our interest increased as the area is impressive for a flat here.

The builder team told us about the amenities which include an open gym, a basketball and badminton court, an elders park and many more.

We confirmed that the project is approved by RERA, with the Amrutha Platinum Towers RERA number being PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/180420/001525. We have been discussing it over and feel that this could be the house for us. So, I do recommend you see the project for yourself.

We visited this property with my brother in May to inquire about the 2 BHK here. The project is spread across 2 acres with 400 apartments in total, having 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK flats. We asked about the Amrutha Platinum Towers 2BHK price, which is Rs. 1.04 crores and has an area in the range of 1006 to 1248 sq. ft. As far as the configuration of the building is concerned, it will have G plus 9 floors. 

We feel the price point is an issue for us although the house has a good area when you consider a 2 BHK in the city. However, we are looking for possession as soon as possible and the Amrutha Platinum Towers possession date, which is October 2024 is the best deal for us at this point. So, we are considering a flat here.

Hi there. I saw you were asking for an Amrutha Platinum Towers review. I recently closed a deal for a 3 BHK flat here and can share my review with you. This project is in Whitefield, East of the city and we have been looking around the same locality for a house for a long time.

The Amrutha Platinum Towers location was a major deciding factor for us. The metro station is about 2.5 km away, while INOX Forum Value Mall and Inorbit Mall are 3 km away. You will find five reputed hospitals such as Manipal, Narayana, Columbia Asia, Vydehi and Hope within 2.5 to 4.5 km.

The project is also about a kilometre away from Varthur Road and has good connectivity to other places through the Whitefield Main Road. 

The Amrutha Platinum Towers 3BHK price is Rs. 1.48 crores with an area ranging from 1466 to 1636 sq. ft. I think the area is quite spacious for a 3 BHK and you should check out this property once before making any decision.
