I have invested in this project because it is a beautiful gated community in one of Chennai\'s main areas. When I first came across this project, I immediately checked Altis Ashraya reviews, which were very positive. So I planned to visit the site. When I saw the place, it was clean and pleasant. The variety of activities offered impressed me, including a swimming pool, play area, indoor games, and a luxury lounge. The badminton court is great for staying active, and the gym and running track are perfect for fitness enthusiasts. I also love their sustainability efforts, with a podium garden and rainwater gathering along with the flat’s size. So, I booked 2BHK here.
