What are the Allianz Packers and Movers Chennai Reviews?

My Allianz Packers and Movers review is mixed. I hired them to move my 2 BHK household belongings from Chennai to Hyderabad. Electronics were well-protected, and packing was done efficiently. The movers put in a lot of effort and completed the loading swiftly. The disassembly and reassembly of furniture were also done correctly. Despite the inexperience of one worker, the supervisor managed the situation effectively. 

The drawback was a one-day delivery delay brought on by truck problems. Additionally, some shifting boxes were not labeled, which made unpacking challenging. Prior to the relocation, customer service was not particularly proactive, but it was responsive after. Service quality is satisfactory, but timeliness needs greater commitment.

For a local house shift, I availed of their service. They moved my 1 BHK flat within Chennai fairly well. I felt the packaging was good, but not of premium grade. The staff members were nice. Unfortunately, communication prior to the relocation was unclear, and I had to follow up several times for confirmation. Also, I found that one of my cupboards had a tiny scratch, but they gave an honest explanation. Although Allianz Packers and Movers Chennai service is not perfect, it is acceptable if the process is closely monitored.

Two months ago, I hired Allianz Packers & Movers Chennai for my relocation. Overall, my experience was average. The packing quality was good, and their staff handled the packing process with professionalism, particularly for kitchenware. However, the movers arrived approximately four hours late, which significantly impacted my entire schedule. Additionally, I found their rates to be slightly higher than those of a few other Chennai Packers and Movers. Overall, decent service, but the punctuality may be improved. I will give them a 3.5 out of 5 in my review. What’s your thought?

I will tell you what they did after I booked their service. They didn’t pick up any of my calls. When they did, they didn’t tell me the estimated date for delivery and kept me hanging. They’re not reliable at all. They also kept on asking me to pay even before my things were delivered. They packed my things in such a shabby manner and then took a really long time for delivery. I do not recommend this service at all. So please don not believe the positive online Allianz packers and movers Chennai reviews, as not all of them are true. 

My experience with Allianz packers and movers was actually decent. They are centrally located so they are easy to access and the booking process is also very simple. The pricing was reasonable and their packaging and delivery were also efficient. My only issue would be their poor communication. There was no update with regards to their delivery timing.

The staff was so rude and intimidating, they didn’t address any of my concerns. Everything was so unprofessional and non-systematic. The customer service was really bad and the delivery took around 27 days to come. My belongings were not even handled with care and the boxed arrived damaged. They refused to take any accountability.
