The project is coming up on 7 acres of land with one tower and around 400 flats. They have options of 1, 2.5, and 3 BHK homes. The Ajmera Mission Home For All project price is between Rs. 64.99 lakh and Rs. 1.3 crore. Everything looks good to me, but the possession will take 4 years, which is a bit too long for me. So, I am thinking of looking for some other project that is ready.

Two weeks ago, I visited Ajmera Mission Home For All to get more details about the project. The sales team informed me that they have 1, 2.5, and 3 BHK apartments. The price for a 1 BHK (379 to 409 sq. ft.) is around Rs. 64.99 to 69.99 lakh, while a 2.5 BHK (758 sq. ft.) costs about Rs. 1.3 crore. I am unaware of the cost for 3 BHK units, but they are included in the project plan. When I asked about possession, they mentioned February 2029. The project also has an RERA number: P51800055387. Considering the location, the prices look reasonable to me, so I am planning to invest here.
