What are the Ace Platinum Reviews, Zeta 1, Greater Noida?

I am looking to invest in a ready-to-move property in Greater Noida, and while searching online, I came across ACE Platinum in Zeta 1, Greater Noida. After checking the official website and visiting the location, the project felt quite appealing. It offers 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK ready-to-move apartments, which are ideal for immediate possession. I mainly checked the 2 BHK, priced between Rs. 70 lakh and Rs. 1 crore, which seems reasonable. The area is well-developed and family-friendly, with good amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children’s play area, and park. Overall, the project feels premium, and I plan to discuss it with my wife before deciding.

My mother and I visited the ACE Platinum project directly in Zeta 1, Greater Noida. We spoke to a few people who are already living there, and they shared mostly positive feedback.

Later, we contacted the sales team, and they clearly explained the pricing and apartment options. 

1. The 2 BHK apartments have a carpet area of 477 to 1200 sq ft and are priced between Rs. 70 lakh to Rs. 1 crore. 

2. The 3 BHK units offer 725 to 1450 sq ft carpet area with prices ranging from Rs. 1.05 crore to Rs. 1.52 crore. 

3. The 4 BHK apartments come with a 1950 sq ft super built-up area, priced between Rs. 1.3 crore and Rs. 1.65 crore.

The location is another strong point. 

1. GNIDA Office Metro Station is about 3 km away

2. Aster Public School is 2.1 km

3. Felix Hospital is 4.2 km

4. Sharda University is 7 km

5. The Grand Venice Mall is also 7 km away. 

Overall, our visit experience was good, and the project looks like a solid option for ready-to-move buyers in Greater Noida. This is my Ace Platinum reviews.

Hi. I went through several Ace Platinum reviews while considering visiting this property. Seeing the positive reviews, I went there with my father and the visit turned out to be positive. We were in search of a good 1 BHK apartment to buy on resale and found exactly that here.

In the Ace Platinum unit configuration, you’ll also find 2 and 4 BHK homes across 7 acres of land. 

As far as the locality is concerned, the project is located in Zeta 1, which is a really good area. The overall connectivity is nice as you have the DPS Bus Station, Delta 1 Metro Station and the Boraki Railway Station at a decent distance from the place. Also, there are JR and Roshan Hospitals near the property in case of emergencies. All these things make the Ace Platinum location a good one. We were happy with the house's condition as it was well maintained and we found it spacious, too. We are yet to decide, but you can check out the properties here.

We showed our interest in one of the flats which was up for sale in Ace Platinum. After talking to the seller, we visited the place last Saturday. It’s a gated society in Zeta 1, which is one of the localities we fancy for buying a house. The house receives a good amount of natural sunlight and has nice ventilation. The owner of the house also shared that the flats in the society are built as per Vastu, which further solidified our interest. A lot of amenities like the shopping centre, ATM, visitor’s parking, library, etc impressed us. We are thus thinking of making an offer to the seller.

We purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Ace Platinum a couple of weeks ago. A relative of ours who is in the real estate business suggested to us the society. One of the main reasons why we made the deal was because of the Ace Platinum unit size, which was 1050 sq. ft. in carpet area. Talking about the features of the society, you have a professional security staff stationed at all checkpoints in the building, with a decent parking space. Another thing which caught our eye was the development around the property. There’s Omaxe Connaught Place Mall, PVR in Ansal Plaza, Vardhaman Alpha Square and close to Ace Platinum. Keeping the society offerings, flat condition and the infrastructure around the place, I suggest you visit the place once.
