We’ve been living here for the past 10 years and have had a good living experience. The project got completed in 2012 and we bought a resale flat in 2015. Even after such a long time, the society is kept well by the maintenance staff. To add more to Abodh Valmark reviews, I think the neighbourhood is pretty good. The community members have a proactive approach and the security is also tight.
As far as the Abodh Valmark address goes, we were drawn towards the apartment due to its closeness to the Outer Ring Road, which offers nice connectivity to the rest of the areas. The society is close to Manyata Tech Park, so there is a high scope of gaining good rental income here.

We checked the Abodh Valmark price list after visiting the society. A friend had shared that a 2 BHK was available for sale. The price is a little high at Rs. 85 lakhs, but the built up area is really big for a 2 BHK house. The area is 1310 sq. ft. and the house is in decent condition.
We also asked for the Abodh Valmark RERA number to be sure of the legal clearances. The seller shared the number, which is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/171208/001221. Overall, we think this is a good opportunity for a home near ORR. The price is negotiable, so we are considering making an offer.

The society is nice. There is Cauveri water connection here, so no issues with adequate supply. There is a good commercial setup around with Manyata Tech Park and Elements Mall.The homes are spacious, which is a huge plus for families.
The society also comprises several amenities, including gym, swimming pool, indoor games. garden and more. But yes, there is no active extra curricular classes for people due to low participation count, which must be looked into.
