My brother in law purchased a 2 BHK of 1350 sq. ft. in Abode Aravindam at Rs. 97.20 Lakhs. I also visited the site in Tellapur with him during the booking. This project offers 2 and 3 BHK (1750 sq.ft. to 1825 sq. ft.) apartments which is spreaded over 5.27 acres. It is developed by Abode Constructions who is a reputed real estate builder in Hyderabad. The price for a 3 BHK apartment here starts from Rs. 1.26 Crore. My brother-in-law mainly purchased this because of its construction quality, world-class amenities and spacious unit size.
