My friend actually lives in Shankar Green Homes Ameenpur and he is quite happy with his choice of investment. He said initially that there was some trouble because roads weren’t exactly built properly to lead to the project but now that it’s done things are convenient. He has a 2 BHK villa there. He mentioned that he has access to all the facilities one could ask for. Schools like Triveni Talent Schools, LIFE LINE E-TECHNO SCHOOL and Sri Narayana Techno School are nearby. For medical emergency he can go to Medplus Medical Shop, Smile Dental Hospital and Tirumala Hospital 24 hour emergency services. Similarly he says that there are plenty of entertainment options around to enjoy a day off with kids. Who needs more than that right! I hope my friend’s experience helps you decide if you should look for homes here or not.

I actually visited this project once and I think it is decent. What I feel Shankar Green Home Ameenpur reviews miss out on is talking about facilities provided. I feel they could have done slightly better there but nonetheless, you will find a few wonderful things like children’s play area, security options, parks, ample parking space and 24 hours electricity backup. Given that it targets a modest living in a peaceful environment these amenities are enough but honestly, my expectations were a little more. You should watch what suits you though before you arrive at a decision.

Although what Mr. Narayandas ji mentioned in his Shankar Green Homes Ameenpur reviews is a valid point, I would say that the facilities provided are justified. PVNR constructions came up with this project to offer a comfortable but lavish lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle. If I remember correctly I saw they were up for resale in a range of Rs. 1.30 cr -Rs. 1.80 cr. Another thing I noticed was that the flats have vitrified tiles, teak wood door frame, and top quality fittings. Overall, the quality of flats is quite good and they come at a decent price with ample amenities.
