Shanaya, I’d say it is a pretty decent property. Sattva being a known builder, we were interested in seeing the place in person. The layouts are nicely designed and the ventilation inside was something we liked. I would have to say that the locality of JP Nagar 9th Phase is something that had us considering this place, seeing the progress the area is making. We are still in talks, let’s see if we go ahead with the purchase.

Really nice forest themed society this with great open spaces, something we have been looking for when buying a house. Connectivity is also a plus point here and the fladt are also said to be as per Vastu. The 1 BHK we saw had a good area like close to 700 sq. ft. so we went ahead and finalised it.

Recently, I booked a 2BHK unit here for my parents. What I liked most about Sattva Forest Ridge is its location. This project is close to Doddakallasandra Metro Station (9 minutes), DMart Bannerghatta Road (10 minutes), Forum Mall South Bengaluru (8 minutes), Ritu Hospital (12 minutes), etc. 

The region is rapidly developing, and connectivity is excellent, so getting to other parts of Bangalore will not be an issue. If you're seeking a property that combines nature with city life, this is an excellent choice. It's definitely worth checking out.

Last weekend, I booked a 2.5 BHK unit in Sattva Forest Ridge. It is in a prime location in JP Nagar 9th Phase, facing Anjanapura Central Park. The best thing is that it has RERA approval, with the RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/241224/007315. You may find 100% Vastu compliant residences, an expansive 30,000-square-foot clubhouse, homes with large private terraces, and other world-class amenities, such as a celebration lawn, sun deck, party hall, indoor swimming pool, gym, and so on, in this project. I just loved it.

I recently visited Sattva Forest Ridge and was quite amazed by the setting and surroundings. It is in JP Nagar 9th Phase, and across from Anjanapura Central Park, and the best thing is that it’s a project of Sattva Group. Thus, the views are stunning, with plenty of greenery all around. It consists of 407 units in two towers. Each has 1/2/2.5/3 BHK options, on an area of four acres and 30 stories. Very well connected to the Nice Road Bridge (1.6 km) and the Vajarahalli Metro station (3.4 km).

The only thing I didn’t like was its pricing, which starts at Rs. 73 lakhs. Just because of the high pricing, I planned to wait and check other projects under my budget.
