I had a terrible experience with Sahiti Constructions pre launch offer. I was about to invest here but I got to know that they do fraudulent business after the payments are made and you will get no response. Since almost 2 years have passed, Rolling Hills has not received any updates in which I was about to invest. Do not spend your time and money with this terrible firm. The following are some of the Sahiti Constructions ongoing projects in Hyderabad:
Sarvani Elite, Ameenpur.
Karthikeya Panorama, Kakatiya Hills.
Kruthi Blossom, Patrika Nagar.
But you must do proper research before investing blindly here.

One of my friends had a very good experience with Sahiti constructions. In 2014, he purchased a villa from Sahiti Constructions pre launch offer at around Rs.2 Crores and moved in in 2016. The builder provided numerous facilities that he always appreciates and he also told me that the construction is superb. Fortunately, everything turns out as promised from his point of view to me. So I think you can also try your luck here.
