I wanted to make sure the society (Runwal Eirene) had modern amenities and infrastructure. The buy-in point seems decent given that there are facilities such as completely operable large windows, orchid walk, a semi-covered luxurious lap pool, gymnasium, azure aqua pool (kids' pool), celebration hall, and a mini theatre. I don't have a current Runwal Eirene Review about the interior as the facilities will be added near to possession date. There will be 24x7 security throughout the 9 acres of development. The floor plan claims that it has perfectly utilised the space with 1,2,2.5,3 BHK ranges from 39.20-98.10 Sq. mt.

I have booked a unit in Runwal Eirene. After looking at the complete floor plan and Runwal Eirene review, I saw that the specifications used for the balcony railing, tiles, and kitchen are not from premium brands. I had high expectations from the retail space developer (The Runwal) as they have completed 51 projects all over India but I was disappointed. The construction quality was sub par. I haven't been allotted a proper parking space. Moreover, I have had a bad experience dealing with the management, facility team and CRM team. Other residents have lodged a complaint about the ‘dirty-smelly water coming in the bathrooms’ and water seepage. I would recommend you to save your hard earned money and consider booking a flat in a better project.
