Pretty nice as a whole in terms of the house area and features. We had heard about this project from a friend and since we were looking for a home in Airoli and around, this one seemed like one we should see how it is. There are 2 and 3 BHK apartments with 3 high rise towers of 45 floors in addition to the ground floor. The overall area is also huge, with 7.5 acres of land having 750 flats. The 2 BHK we saw has a carpet area of 970sq. ft., but there are larger 2 BHK flats too, with like 1080 sq. ft. area if I remember correctly. Feels good as a whole, but we are exploring other options right now.

Well this is a project being built by the collaboration of three builders, Pyramid, Delta and Bhagwati, so that had us interested as these are pretty reputed. Now the area around is fine but I did like the wide range of features a lot. They have an amphitheatre, jogging track, swimming pool, visitor parking, the flats are being constructed as per Vastu and a lot more. The 3 BHK we were interested in had a caret area of around 1520 sq. ft., which is spacious. So, we locked the purchase with the token money.

Airoli being a hub for offices and future development potential, we had been thinking of settling down with a house here. Location wise if I talk, the Borivali Thane Link Road is about 15 minutes from here, while the Goregaon Mulund Link Road is again about the same distance. So, connectivity wise, I did like the place and so did my partner. The pricing is a little high for us though, so we are still negotiating with the builder.
