I have experienced extremely bad service from the end of Navi. So, I am writing this Navi personal loan review to highlight how they trouble customers. Their customer service is least bothered about the customer. The loan application process is also really tough on the customer.

Till the time you are making payments, the executives are nice to you, but if you miss even a single payment due to any reason, they start troubling you. I informed them about my concerns but it was of no use. They started harassing me by calling my reference number to my friends and family. 

I took a loan and was paying the EMIs on time. However, I faced a financial crisis once and missed my EMI once. They then started harassing me with repeated calls and messages on Whatsapp which were not official. The executive of Navi called me about the missed EMI and threatened me that they will post the same on Facebook. 

I requested several times to change my EMI date and I was ready to pay the extra payments but they did not listen to me. They continuously hit me with NACH 4 to 5 times.
