If someone doesn’t talk about the fact that Mantri Espana residents were left hanging out in dry by management over non-maintenance then I would lose it. In 2019, Mantri Espana claimed that there was a lack of funds and they couldn’t pay their staff. The residents pursued a legal case against Mantri’s sister company to refund Rs. 45 lakhs cheque which residents paid for vendors. They agreed to do that after Propcare (the sister company) wrote a post dated cheque of the same amount. But the cheque bounced.
Although the residents got their money back after the case but the situation isn’t looking good even after that. I thought everyone should know about this situation at Mantri Espana.

Mantri Espana is a massive luxury project and it caught my eye in 2017. They offer 5BHK, 7BHK, 8BHK and penthouses. From the looks of it and what they advertise, Mantri Espana review must be positive. I feel if they live up to their word, then they are a good choice. When it comes to the location of this project, families looking to enrol their children in schools can check out Orchids The International School, New Horizon Gurukul and Art Classes. For elderly who might need access to medical services The Sure Foundation Medical Centre and Sakra World Hospital is nearby. I have heard that there is a transportation issue in the area but considering we all have access to online providers, this should not be a problem anymore.
