You will find 2, 3 and 4 BHK here and the builder, L&T is a big name in the real estate market. So, when my friend shared that they have a project in Powai, we wanted to see it for ourselves. The connectivity here is quite nice through JVLR, Eastern and Western Expressway along with Sakinaka Metro Rail. This is also a RERA approved project, so that had us relieved about the legalities. Overall, we do like the place but we are considering other options too.

Quite a number of amenities here with some that you find in almost all projets like swimming pools, hogging track, gym and all. But some others such as a library, tennis court, ATM. house keeping and all had us interested. The homes are also Vastu compliant. Powai is one of the really good areas to live in Mumbai so we had that in mind too while visiting this property. Pricing is a bit on the higher side, starting at 2.9 crores, but having everything that the property offers, we had to stretch our budget so we finalised the deal for the 3 BHK last week. 


Good place with quality architecture. A great ratio in terms of flats to space, with 125 apartments in 9 towers across 12 acres of land, so the remaining open space is very well to be utilised for all the amenities. Solid plan I would say.
