They were more keen on getting the advance from us for the work than on showing us the designs. They talked about having 50,000 designs but didn’t give us clarity on a simple branded floor plan. We felt the understanding of designs was poor. Didn’t really have a nice time, won’t recommend.

So this was our first time getting our home interiors done by a professional agency and we chose Homelane. The entire time turned out to be pretty fulfilling for us. Like from the beginning, there was professionalism and patience on display. We walked through designs, and they tried to understand our needs well.

So we went to the Hyderabad office of Homelane to check out their interiors and we didn’t have a pleasant experience. I went there after reading positive Homelane interiors Hyderabad reviews but the reality turned out to be different for us.
Their services such as basic carpentry were way too expensive. For a simple drawer customisation, they asked for Rs. 30,000. Apart from this, the sales team pressured us into buying by telling us what we wanted to hear but that is not how it works. A thumbs down from my side as they need to work on these things.

The Homelane team showed me great designs and had good implementation as well. However, their project manager is bad and their after-delivery service is not up to the mark. They didn’t bother to reply to my issues and try to solve them. I am not satisfied enough to recommend Homelane to you. This is all from my end regarding Homelane reviews Hyderabad.

I wish I hadn’t gone with Homelane for the interior service. I read a few of the Homelane Hyderabad reviews before booking and the whole experience was just fine till the completion.
However, once we started noticing some issues, things turned bad. This was during the 1-month review period after the completion of the project.
They kept delaying to look at the problems and even stopped receiving my calls. They are highly unprofessional and I will not recommend them to anyone.
