I think Hatha Svasthya Mandala 4 BHK price is a little high. I am not sure if the location demands Rs. 3 crores or not. But given that the project is fully Vastu compliant and also has all the legal clearances, that makes it a safe investment.
I went for the project tour a year ago, I learnt the project offers a community garden to pick fruits and vegetables. For sports enthusiasts like myself, there are multiple sports courts. Keeping the environment as a priority, the builder has taken eco-friendly measures here such as eco Sewage Treatment Plant and Rainwater Harvesting.
After looking at the project overall, I would say it is a worthwhile investment. But pricing remains one of my concerns. You should visit before deciding on investing here.
