He said every time it rains, the construction's slope causes a flood of rainwater to reach the space below the entrance. He even reported to both the central office and the local authority. Let me share my Godrej builder review as the past 10 months have been spent well residing at Godrej Trees. My children like to play because the property has so much space. It's great that the property is well-kept and maintained and I think it is one of the best Godrej properties locations. It is located directly on the Eastern Express Highway and it has excellent accessibility to the city and other areas of Mumbai East. If you're seeking a large family home with a quick drive to the city centre, I'd absolutely suggest these Godrej residential properties. We made a reservation after viewing the floor plan because there weren't any model flats available. I have done some research especially for you to provide Godrej Properties review. I read through so many reports and reviews just to come to a realisation that Godrej delivers projects on time. There are barely any cases of delay or else, they promise the timelines very carefully. Going by the rapport, Godrej seems like a good investment but as I always say and follow, it's best to test the waters yourself first before going for a swim. 

I had purchased a 4 BHK apartment in Godrej Gold County and I am really satisfied with the Godrej properties. They promised the best design and construction material, and so have they delivered. It's my 8th year in the property and I haven’t faced any major issues. Yes I would say that the traffic problem is persistent through the years but I don’t think Godrej can do anything about it. Bangalore is a crowded city and traffic problems are not going to be resolved that easily. Anyway, Godrej Properties Bangalore review based on my experience is mostly positive. I get scared when big names like Supertech get into legal battles, at least that is not the case with Godrej and I still have possession of my home, no demolitions (IYKYK).

Honestly, I trust Godrej. It is one of the oldest real estate developers in India with over 100 years of excellence and legacy. It is unfortunate that there are some people who are trying to take advantage of their name and conning people (yes, I read a few reviews on the same here and there). But the fact is if you visit Godrej properties website, you will see that they have all the agents registered with RERA and they recommend customers to check the agent details on the official RERA website too. My Godrej properties reviews are positive and I am happy with my apartment in CII Godrej Green Building Center. Oh and BTW, it is the first LEED platinum building outside the US. In fact, Godrej properties has won many awards over the years as National Brand Leaders, India’s Top Builders, Developer of the Year and what not.
