Went for a site tour at Embassy Greenshore, and my first impression was positive. The township roads are wider than I expected, and the surroundings appear to be well-planned in comparison to many isolated developments. 

From an investor perspective, Embassy Greenshore looks promising because of the North Bangalore development story. Aerospace Park and prospective business zones are at a 30-minute to 35-minute distance, with airport access being the primary advantage. The price felt a little expensive, but this was to be expected given that Embassy Group consistently produces high-quality construction. The layout planning appears decent, with low-density towers and spacious balconies. As it is part of a larger township, additional schools, stores, and open spaces are planned. I am planning to wait for a while and then think of investing here.

While searching for the residential property in MSEC Road, Devanahalli, Nagamangala, Bengaluru, I came across Embassy Greenshore. Embassy as a builder already has a great reputation in Bangalore, which instils confidence. So, I visited their portal to know more. They provide 3 and 4 BHK flats beginning at Rs. 1.97 Crore, depending on size. The best feature I found is its location in Devanahalli.

  1. Kempegowda International Airport is about 10 km away.

  2. Also, Hebbal is about 20 km away.

Thus, I think the future connectivity appears promising. The sales team stated that RERA approval is now being processed, with possession expected around 2030. Clubhouses, pools, landscaped gardens, and sports courts all appear to be high-end amenities on the proposal. It’s a good choice for long-term investment.

I recently visited the Embassy Greenshore location and really liked it. The property has a quiet, green atmosphere and feels quite premium from the moment you walk in. The flats they are planning to construct are well-designed, with excellent ventilation and finishes. The clubhouse and amenities are excellent. It is ideal for families. Traffic in the region can be severe during office hours, but overall, it is one of the best future residential projects in North Bangalore. As possession is in 2030, I planned to look for more projects near Devanahalli, Bangalore. I can’t rate it now, as it is in the launch stage.
