Although I had heard of all the Durga Petals issues when I went to Petal's property with my relatives, I was impressed by how the entire home-buying process had been designed. Also, the property was very neat and well-kept. I even noticed that security and housekeeping are constantly on the move. Comparing 3BHK flats to those in other properties in the area, Durga Petals are the most adequate. I am sure that Durga Petals' resale value would also be really great since rents range from 60–65k for semi-furnished and from 70–75k for wholly furnished. There is also a tiny store on the property that sells necessities. I really liked the property.

Durga Petals address is Service Road, Ferns City, Kartik Nagar, Doddanekundi, Bangalore East, Bangalore. I live in the same area so I can tell you that the property has good connectivity if your office is located in East Bangalore. But if you are thinking of investing here then please think twice and read all the Durga Petals complaints you can easily find online.
Durga Petals floor plan is not good at all. I have visited the flats here myself and what I saw is that there are really small 2 BHK flats in Phase 3 without OC and they are being auctioned for 1.25 crores. So, I feel that Durga Petals' price is way too much for the space they offer.
Also, there are shared walls between adjacent flats and bathrooms and the balcony is too small. At least shoe racks must be provided in the living room and there should be no foyer. Even the lobby area is quite crowded. I am not a big fan of the location as well because there is no peace because of the constant noise of the nearby railroad tracks and automobiles. I even heard that not all apartments would have closed parking spaces. I really think that Durga Petals' master plan is very flawed because there is no sunlight, inadequate ventilation, and potential future seepage problems in the enclosed area outside the restrooms.
I will never invest here for sure.

I agree with Pankaj ji here. The location is good enough and considering the hustle and bustle in the city, I feel the open space in the project itself sets a calm tone anyway. I have also visited the project site and I was curious to find out about amenities Durga people are offering. With luxurious 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK flats, they are offering clubhouse, play area, badminton court, basketball court, sitting area and much more. Although possession of flats was yet to be delivered when I visited back in Nov 21 but the almost ready flats looked promising.

Durga Projects and Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. has quite a reputation in the real estate market. Although their presence is limited to Bangalore and Patna, their name is well-established. I am particularly impressed with the Durga Petals project. What struck me the most was the fact that they have taken pandemic so seriously. When I visited this project with a friend to see if it was worth the investment or not, they ensured everything was sanitized in front of my eyes. Anyway, since you’ve asked for Durga Petal review, I should mention that the project location is decent.
I have seen many projects in ORR Marathahalli area and this one caught my eyes. My friend is looking for 2 BHK or 2.5BHK homes to live with his parents and wife. When we visited the project we observed that the neighbourhood is good enough. Tech parks like Sap labs, TCS, Microsoft, ITPL, etc. are closeby. There are many top schools located close to Durga Petal Bangalore including:
Ryan International School
Gopalan International School
Vibgyor High School
Top Hospitals around the area are:
Apollo Children’s Hospital
Sakara World Hospital
Sri Sathya Saibaba Hospital
The family also has many places to visit over the weekend for a fun day out to malls such as Soul Space Arena Mall, VR Bengaluru Mall, Inorbit Mall, etc.
My friend was particularly concerned about hospitals and schools in the area because his parents have to visit for regular check ups and he is also planning to start his own family.
With all these facilities closeby, Durga Petals Bangalore review is mostly positive.
