According to the constitution, the land is a state issue, and the states have the authority to enact laws about it. According to the law, there are two different sorts of lands: occupancy and leased. 

Although occupancy lands can be challenging to understand, in all actuality, landholders are the true owners. Lands granted under a lease are known as lease lands.
