The Chennai packers and movers are very bad and I had a horrible experience with them. I booked their services 10 days in advance and asked them to come at 9 am, but they didn't arrive until 12 pm. I tried calling the person who took my booking, but he wouldn't answer the phone. When they finally came, they only brought a small lorry, which made moving my stuff really hard.
The person with whom I spoke initially, took my calls after 7 pm and suggested that I make two trips because of the small lorry. I hope the management of the Chennai packers and movers will listen to the phone calls and realize how bad their service is. They need to hire better staff and I would suggest everyone to stay away from them.
