Yes, I too have my eyes on this project. I agree the location is not in the middle of the city but given the fact it’s too crowded anyway, I think it is okay to have a flat where you can dwell in peace. I was looking at the brochure that the sales agent showed me. I saw that there are a good number of amenities as well just like other projects my friends told me about. Going by Bollineni Astra reviews will make it even more clear if equipped gymnasiums, recreational play parks for children, landscaped greenery, clubhouse, jogging tracks and 24/7 security services along with CCTV coverage will be worth it or not.

My concern with Bollineni Astra is pricing. I feel it is on a higher side. I say this because I have seen many other projects within the same budget in other localities which are closer to my workplace. In Bangalore, commute is an issue for me but as you said that having your own vehicle makes a difference. Nonetheless, my thoughts are still clouded by the charges told to me by their team. Hi there,
I see you are searching for Bollineni Astra reviews just like me. I have been after this project for quite some time and maybe we both can share our views. I personally feel that this project has potential. Given the location, Jakkur is attracting a good number of investors because of the consistent infra development projects going on in the area. I know it is not in the mainstream area but with schools, colleges, hospitals, offices, etc. within 4-10kms range is okay. I have my own car so I don’t mind trading peaceful living with commute. What do you think? Do you have any suggestions?
