One of my relatives was keen on checking properties in Mumbai. He went to see Auris Serenity after getting many recommendations. He wanted to be sure of the unit configuration. I went with my relative and found that there were 2 and 3 BHK flats on offer. The price band for the flats was between Rs 2.44 Crore to Rs 6.67 Crore.
The carpet area for the 2BHK flat was 794 sqft. Whereas the 3 BHK flat was sized at 1374 sqft. The property also had a good rental yield from anywhere between Rs 40500 to Rs 1.1 Lakh. He also asked about the option of availing a bank loan and found it was available at attractive interest rates. He asked the manager for two weeks' time so that he could arrange a loan and then buy the property for which he complied.

I was looking to invest in a 2BHK in Malad West, Mumbai. As my mother's friend stays in Mumbai I reached out to her regarding the same. She informed me about a few projects including Auris Serenity. Before looking out the project physically, I wanted to confirm if the project was legally sound. I asked the sales team about Auris Serenity RERA Number and he said it was P51800001080. After asking the possession date I found out the project was completed in December 2023.
I also inquired about the project amenities. I was pleased to know the project had a common garden where I could go for walks and see nature. I saw in reviews that the amenities were neatly maintained. I finally took the flat after visiting the location.

While looking into properties in Malad West, Mumbai, I came across many Auris Serenity Reviews. I decided to check out the project. While scanning the surrounding area, I found the Orlem Church Bus Stop to be just 0.8 km away. This property is located close to Goregaon Sports Club. You can also get direct access to Western Express Highway. Schools like Ryan International School and Oberoi International School are located nearby.
While checking for malls I found Infinity Mall and Inorbit Mall to be a short distance away. The property is strategically located which would make it easy to connect to other suburbs in Mumbai. Overall the Auris Serenity location appealed to me and I bought a flat here.
