When I was asked about the August Grand review I would say that it looks quite comfortable. I am planning to shift from a house to a flat with proper light and an open area. This was my biggest ask from my new home. August Grand’s apartments are spacious, well-ventilated, and thoughtfully designed to maximize natural light which I personally loved. Despite this, August Grand’s location stands out for its aesthetic appeal and beautiful view from the apartments. I am impressed with the way flats have turned out and the interiors with premium quality material. I am still awaiting a little more information about the financing around the flats here. Soon, I should be able to arrive at my investment decision here.

If I were to give you my August Grand review, then I would start by telling you about amenities offered here. August Ventures is ready to move in and I took a project tour to find that not only are the flats luxurious but the amenities offered too stood out to me. You can truly see yourself experiencing enhanced living. I was impressed with the modern clubhouse, a fully-equipped gym, swimming pool, landscaped gardens, and also the children’s play areas. I really like the project and might invest here.

I was looking for a property closer to commercial hubs in Sarjapur Road because of my office. August Grand location is in a prime area which offers easy access to major city landmarks and other commercial hubs nearby. However, the premium pricing of the apartments is a blocker for me. While the project promises a luxurious living experience, I would keep looking for more options to fit into my budget.
